Natalie Butler is a wife, mother and the founder of Glow Up Nutrition. As a nutritionist, she specializes in sustainable weight loss for busy professionals. What if I like to dine out?
It’s simple. I’ll show you how to still nourish your body and lose weight while dining out. Because this isn’t a diet, there aren’t any strict rules or regimens. We’ll work 1:1 together to ensure you’re making changes you can sustain.
Will I get a meal plan?
Honestly, this is better than a meal plan. Instead of being given a list of foods to eat on certain days (that often causes you to stress and fall off), I’m going to show you how to still enjoy the same foods you’re eating right now and lose weight. I’ll provide balanced meal guidance so you know how to properly plate meals, how to ensure you’re eating the correct portion sizes and how to eat to remain full so you don’t have to starve yourself or constantly restart your weight loss journey. You’ll be able to eat in a way that actually fits your real life.
What happens after I reserve my spot?
You’ll be taken to a page to book your time and where you can create your account in my private portal. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions sent via email that covers how to log meals, and make the most of our time together.
Will you teach me more about what foods to eat?
Yes, you’ll receive a full breakdown of food and portion sizes to ensure you’re eating the correct amount according to your goals.
I can’t work out right now. Will this still work for me?
Absolutely! Exercise is good for your overall but it’s not the most effective weight loss strategy. Instead of exercising for hours on end, I’m going to show you how to EAT for the body you want and deserve. Then when the time is right, you can begin to incorporate mindful movement ☺️
What if I need more help after the 7 days?

What if I’m short on time or busy?
This is exactly why I don’t focus on methods that require a lot of time such as meal prepping or endless hours of cardio. Most of my clients are not only working professionals but they’re parents. Time constraints are real which is why I’ll show you how to lose weight eating the same foods you are now so you don’t have to overhaul your entire life to get results.
I’m a severe/chronic emotional eater. Is this for me?
