No, I recommend you work with a personal trainer or fitness coach.

I’m vegan. Will this work for me?
Yes, this is not an elimination diet so I will not have you remove any foods. Instead, I’ll show you how to still enjoy those foods while losing weight.

I cannot exercise at this time. Will this work for me?
Yes, we are focused strictly on your eating habits and nutrition. Weight loss is mainly about what you eat so you do not have to exercise at this time. If you are under doctor’s orders, I recommend you get the consent of your physician before beginning any exercise regimen.

I have a busy schedule and/or cannot cook. Will this work for me?
Yes, I will show you how to lose weight while still eating the foods you’re eating.

Do I need a food scale?
Though it is helpful, I will also show you a plating method that will help you with portion sizes. You do not NEED a scale but it may be helpful.
