Hi, I’m Natalie Butler, a nutritionist and weight-loss specialist dedicated to helping busy women shed excess weight and feel absolutely amazing in their bodies again without giving up the foods they love.

My journey with weight loss began like much like yours—with ups, downs, and diets that felt impossible to sustain. I had lost 66lbs in 2007 following keto. I know firsthand the struggle of losing weight only to regain it, feeling like I was constantly stuck in a cycle that didn’t serve me. After losing 88 pounds naturally (and keeping it off even after pregnancy — I actually gained 57lbs in pregnancy), I discovered a simple truth: real, lasting weight loss doesn’t require misery or deprivation. It requires a balanced approach that lets you live fully while still achieving your goals.
Through my programs, I blend nutrition science with practical, real-life strategies that make sense for busy women who are juggling careers, families, and countless responsibilities. My approach is all about listening to your body, choosing nourishing foods you enjoy, and letting go of the strict diet mentality. I don’t believe in ‘quick fixes’ or ‘one-size-fits-all’ solutions. Instead, I focus on building sustainable habits that feel good, fit seamlessly into your life, and empower you to finally lose weight for good.


I’m passionate about helping women break free from the all-or-nothing diet mentality and discover the confidence that comes with a balanced, mindful approach to eating. My goal is to create a space where you can reconnect with your body, trust your choices, and feel amazing in your skin—not just for a few months, but for a lifetime.
