How Does It Work?

Our approach is deeply rooted in mindful and intuitive eating principles. You’ll learn simple nutrition principles to help you feel empowered about your food decisions and help you heal your relationship with food.

We are getting rid of typical food rules and instead, you’ll learn how to trust yourself around food again so you feel 100% in control around food and in your body.

We’ll start by:

  1. Logging your meals, activity and moods inside your private portal (you can sync Fitbit, Apple Health and Google Fit).
  2. I ask that you track for about 4-5 days to help us highlight any challenging thoughts/emotions.
  3. We’ll hop on our initial consultation to come up with a game plan to address those challenges.
  4. You’ll receive a follow up assignment that we agree upon.
  5. You’ll receive weekly check-ins and status updates.
  6. In-between sessions, you can also send any questions, concerns and victories in the app.

Mindful Eating Guide: A detailed guide that helps you find balance, enjoy food, and maintain your goal weight without restrictive behaviors. Learn to trust yourself around food and break away from food rules for good.

Ongoing Support: Inside your account, you’ll be able to send text and voice messages to address any questions or concerns in-between sessions.
